These terms govern your use of BLOK and its services. By accessing the platform you agree to them.

1. The service

BLOK provides a composable backend platform: you snap together blocks and deploy them over an API.

2. Your obligations

You are responsible for the code you deploy, the data you process and your own compliance with applicable law.

3. Fees

Fees are based on your plan, as disclosed on the pricing page. We never charge for unused blocks.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use BLOK for any unlawful purpose, including processing data you do not have the right to process.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BLOK's liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
